Please ensure that you have installed the latest versions of our software. You can check whether a newer version exists and, if necessary, download it here. To update to a newer version, you only have to download the demo version on the download page and run the installer. The installer automatically detects that you have installed already a full version of the product and it upgrades your current installation. For upgrades, it's not necessary to uninstall the previous installation. Further, all your current configurations are kept.
